Students will submit a 2,500-word essay related to the case conference scenario. This will include the role of the professional they discussed in the ( chairperson) formative assessment (the notes should be included as an appendix). The essay will look at the interventions and decisions made by the case conference, including relevant legal frameworks. The students should also discuss the impact these discussions could have on the patient and their family.
