This assignment is a group presentation and we are three each in this group, it is a PowerPoint voice-over group presentation, it involves three learning outcomes and we are expected to pick one of each of these learning outcomes.
This assignment also involves us selecting/Identifying one
contemporary issue in practice that requires a positive change/innovation within our own clinical discipline.firstly, as a group, we have chosen a contemporary issue which is ‘EXPERIENCE WITHIN WAITING ROOMS. As a group, we were able to identify some of the problems using fishbone analysis (you can have a look) just to have an idea of the chosen contemporary issue.Secondly, as a group, I have been given the SECOND option of the learning outcome which is ‘Synthesise the enhanced communication strategies required to deliver safe and effective patient care. that is Enhanced Communication and Change Management.
Note, as a group, we will all bring our individual slides and merge them together as we are given a total of 20 minutes to present these slides, meaning as a group we will meet together send our slides to one person’s laptop merge it together and voice over the PowerPoint after one another within 20 minutes. However, we will be GRADED INDIVIDUALLY and not as a GROUP. This means that we will work as a group but we be graded individually depending on you meeting up your own chosen learning outcome.lastly, individually we are given 7 minutes each to present our own part of the learning outcome.
