At first they made body map of the foot ulcer and medical photography an incident report was done. i observe they done a diabetic nurse referral and they will tell the patient what to eat . The insulin dose was checked and monitored the patients blood sugar. Tissue viability nurse referral and they will prescribe the dressing told the nurses which dressing to apply on the foot ulcer. During this good communication , patient safety was maintained. Talk about good leadership skill and personal cantered , people culture , work culture approach During my experience i didn’t feel according to nice guideline .
