In this assignment, you will synthesize the information you have compiled in the article grid in order to transition the evidence you collected into practice. It is with this synthesis that you are attempting to determine best practice by analyzing the results and interventions of each study and the impact of the outcome, while considering the quality and level of evidence of the study.
After synthesizing the information you uncovered, you will need to make a decision about what you will do with it. For this course, you have two options. The first is to write a policy for your organization using the evidence that you found. The second is to write a plan for a proposed research study because there was not enough definitive evidence to make a clinical decision (write a policy about it) or you have found a gap in the literature.
If you have found enough quality evidence to support an intervention, use either of the two policy templates found here as a framework for the assignment. Be sure to follow the rules of grammar, write in complete sentences, and include rationales for the policy. The policy, excluding the reference list should be between 150 and 200 words.

If you have not found definitive evidence to write a policy, then propose a research study that you think would be beneficial in discovering a solution for your problem. Write a brief plan using the template provided. Be sure to follow the rules of grammar, write in complete sentences, and provide a brief summary of the evidence you uncovered that led you to decide why a study was needed. The abstract, excluding the reference list should be between 150 and 200 words.
