(SC 1.4) Using the principles of social justice Download principles of social justice and the ideas you learned in sub-competencies 1.4, create a video, an avatar presentation, an electronic board or a podcast that explains at least three specific strategies you, as an educational leader, engaged citizen, and agent of change, will implement to promote digital equity. 2. (SC 1.4) Describe how the learning product you created (the avatar presentation, electronic board, website or a podcast) could be helpful or informative to your community, and where else you would share or present it. 3. (SC 2.1) As a school principal, use the knowledge and materials from this course to write the design of a Professional Development Program to help your school teachers implement the principles of culturally relevant pedagogy. In the design of the PD describe the duration of the program, where it would be implemented, the learning activities that will promote active learning and collaboration, and the participants who would be involved. 4.
