What is required: Review the attached document that lists the 12 General Course Outcomes (RN-BSN competencies and skills). In a two-page paper, describe the capstone project (see details below and attachments). The Paper requires a minimum of two (2) references One must be from a peer-reviewed nursing journal (less than five years old). The other can be from additional peer-reviewed journal articles, textbooks, and professional, governmental, or educational organizations’ websites (.org, .gov, or .edu) may be used as additional references.Brief Description of the Capstone Project: (My Capstone project will be looking at Fall prevention in the home setting. I will be working under the preceptorship of the Private Clinical Director at Homecare Agency. During my Capstone rotation, I will work within the home setting, alongside the home health Aide, the patients, and their families under the guidance of the Clinical Directors. I will be looking at the main reasons for falls within the home, the type of falls, and most importantly, how they prevent them from happening. Please also see attached a request letter, detailing my goals and the outcome of the projects. I will also include a paper I submitted with details about the project.
