This paper is about how effective women are in leadership, why, and examples of how. This isn’t to negate the effectiveness of men, but rather to showcase the variances in women and how this helps or aids their impact as a leader.
The length of this paper should be approximately 2200 words long, which means about five pages of double-spaced text (not including cover page, list of references, or appendices)
using font size 12. You should use a minimum of 10 outside sources.
The objective of this short literature review is to summarize a selection of academic journal articles on given topic. Choose a topic related to your interests, to an upcoming class, or to a
research idea you would like to explore. For this short literature review, focus on the following points, which is what you will be
graded on • well-structured and organized written expression;
• paraphrasing, critical analysis, and summary of the articles in the review; • APA style.
