This is my plan of action and I have attached a sample of how the analysis/ evaluation should look in the attachment
The Problem Statement: There is a lack of sufficient trainings for the employee working at mental health facilities on how to properly deal with client who are currently suffering from Mental Health and Substance abuse issues.
Primary Goal: To obtain adequate training for the staff who are employed in Mental Health Shelters
Objective 1- Maximizing the mental health training for employees working in mental health shelters.
Strategies:
A. Provide motivational interviewing for staff
B. Creating more in service trainings for staff in mental health shelters
C. Strategize with my team to create more team building exercisers censored around Mental Health.
Objectives 2: Provided better training tools for staff by developing new onboarding training for staff prior to their hire date.
Strategies:
A. Provide staff with weekly mental health Resources.
B. Enhancing the staff knowledge in staff meetings
C. Completing more in service trainings yearly
