This is a group project. 4 members were asked to evaluate how strategic management was relevant to either the degree they pursued or their current career field. We are now asked to identify similarities and differences and ultimately answer submit a write up “evaluating their broader implications for successful implementation of strategy and strategic decision making”. I am a defense contractor, not a business guy or a manager, so I am looking for a professional’s help in interpreting the similarities and differences and the broader implications. Please find the original assignment instructions attached, as well as each member’s write up. We all approached the subject in a similar fashion but there are obvious differences. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
