These simultaneous military conflicts tested the leadership across the United States, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Several NATO allies supported the efforts of the simultaneous conflicts. After nearly two decades of war in both Iraq and Afghanistan, the American tax payers spent in excess of $4 trillion.
