FOLLOWING A SOCIAL POLICY ASSIGNMENT: FASPA Part I. I will choose a current bill proposed by a New Jersey or New York state legislative representative and follow a pending social policy bill that particular legislator introduced or sponsored.’
This assignment constitutes (about 5 pages long). The paper should start with an introduction and end with a conclusion.
The sections outlined below are required and the paper should be written using the section letters in outline form.
Where appropriate, the narrative sections should be written with proper grammar, punctuation, and in APA format. This section should have a Reference page in proper APA format.

(D). Addressing the Social Problem Through Policy (20%)
How is the policy intended to address the social problem?

some alternatives to the proposed policy? Why aren’t they good enough?
(E). Applying Professional Ethics (5%)
How are the goals of the policy consistent (or not) with the values of social work and the
NASW Code of Ethics? Cite specific section (s) of code and cite Code.
How are race, gender, class and/or age implicated by this policy?
(F). What other information are you looking for? (10%) What do you have to find out?
