Personal ethics and organizational ethics can be vastly different. We each hope that the ethics of the organization we work in will align closely with our ethics, but that is not always the case. Organizations like each of us have competing values, goals, and ethics. What do you do if you are in a situation where your values, ethics, and goals compete with your organization?
