B. Research Section- compose a 1-page research essay addressing the significant challenge mentioned in the last interview question. Utilize a minimum of two academic resources other than your course textbook
The paper must also:
Include an introduction and concluding paragraphs
Include a Reference List that is completed APA style – No blog posts are Wikipedia articles
Include in-text citations and a reference page for the research section
