Part 1: Creation
Using data related to your vulnerable population from Topic 1, 3, and 4, create a survey exploring the needs of their community.
Create a 5-10-question survey using Typeform, SurveyMonkey, or a similar tool to gather information regarding the needs of your community.
Create a Word document in which you paste the survey link. Submit the Word document to your instructor.
Part 2: Planning
Write a 250-500-word summary of how you plan to administer the survey. Include the following in your summary:
Describe the community and its members.
Describe the procedures you will follow to administer your survey.
Describe the recruitment tactics you will use to solicit participants.
After you receive feedback from your instructor about your survey and plan, make the suggested changes. You will then administer the survey to members of your identified vulnerable population, obtaining a minimum of 10 responses. If you do not have access to your vulnerable population, you may administer the survey to friends and family. You will have 1 week to administer the survey after receiving feedback from your instructor. This data will be used in Topic 8
