In your first field experience assignment, you had the opportunity to interview two teachers about how they use assessments. Now, you will return to one of those two classrooms and complete an assessment portfolio for one children. To prepare for your developing your assessment Portfolio, read the following article:

Another developmentally appropriate assessment of your choice
After completing your two assessments, submit the following as one document:
The name, age, and a brief description of the child
Copies of the two assessments you completed
A rationale for why you choose the two assessments
An analysis of the assessment results. Your analysis should include both areas of strength and areas of need
An explanation of how you could use the assessment results to help you complete the Desired Results Developmental ProfileĀ© (2015) (DRDP [2015]) for the child. *You are not completing the DRDP 2015, just sharing how these assessment could support the completing of the DRDP 2015.
At least three instructional goals for the child based on the assessment results
A description of how you would share the assessment results with the family
A summary of how this experience has helped you to see the benefits of using assessments to drive instruction
Submit your two completed assessments along with a three to four page paper as one document. Be sure to proofread and submit with a cover page, reference page, and APA format (headers, page numbers, etc.). Your assignment is due by Saturday of Week 4.
