Hello, thanks for your help, please note that this subject is physiology. And the audience should be a member of the general public, so it doesn’t have to be too hard to understand or using deep academic language.

You can be really creative and make it interesting.
I have also made a very brief essay plan, you may follow it or just change it as you want. If you could also think of an interesting title, it’d be great as well, otherwise it’s fine.
(Background information is that we are doing a concurrent project on “designing a training programme to transform a couch potato into an athlete”. It doesn’t have to have anything to do with this essay, just FYI)
I may be adding some more papers in a short period of time just for your convenience, you don’t really have to use them.
