It could be relevant to insert before the introduction one page “Acknowledgement” to explain in a few words what is a DBA thesis, its objectives notably, in the context of ISC; also give some information about yourself and your personal objective, regarding your career, in following this program; finally some words to thank your institution and the knowledge acquired, throughout the DBA program.
Need also to insert a “Content” page, giving the titles, sub-titles and the corresponding pages of the document
In the “Methods’ section, you should provide more details about the different samples you used: what kind of techniques for data gathering, eventual selection biases, number of participants for each university/region, quality of the participants (all were students?, in which year? in which discipline/program?). Same kind of details for the interviews (who were the respondents? How did you contact/convince them? Average duration of the interviews, face to face or online interviews?; provide the questionnaires for quantitative and qualitative studies in appendices. Show the articulation and the consistency between your research questions / literature review and your empirical studies and notably your questionnaires. Provide an explanation on how you run data analysis: did you tape the interviews? Didi you use softwares (which ones?) for quantitative and qualitative analysis? What kind of statistical analysis have you done?
In the discussion, show how your results bring full or partial answers to each of your research questions presented in the introduction
In the conclusion, don’t forget to mention the limitations of your research and develop some avenues for future research
