Hello, the following (HealthyMe App) is the title of my group project for BUSM30000D Entrepreneurship class. the descriiption of the project is: You want to build a Mobile App with your co-founder (Your Professor (CTO)) that will allow Canadian healthcare patients to track their vitals, connect with their doctors or other healthcare providers, and get personalized advice and feedback. You have structured your business so that you will manage the ‘business’ aspect of the Mobile App and your Professor will manage the ‘technical (including any coding)’ aspect of the Mobile App.

What processes are key to your ongoing business? Rough out what they will look like; i.e. provide process maps. Who will be responsible?
When is your launch / go-live date?
What needs to happen prior to then. This means a time and event schedule to launch or a blocking chart.
Consider that you only have $5,000 dollars of your own capital that you will use to start this business. From the above sections, what are the key parts, concepts that you MUST have to start this business. Include the approx. cost of each item.
During the first year of the business, a pandemic takes place. Explain what changes in operations will take place as a result of this pandemic. Include information on how you will mitigate the risks associated with this pandemic.
Human Resources Plan
How will you staff your operation? Will you need to hire anyone? What kind of person? What will you pay? How will you find these employees? What roles will the owners play? How will you conduct background checks? What type of experience will they need? What type of training will you be offering them? Again remember to carefully think about hiring any individuals as this is a large upfront cost.
