I need your support in my academic writing and research discussion, please.

your company’s management development program, there was a heated
discussion between some people who claimed, “Theory is impractical and
thus no good,” and others who claimed, “Good theory is the most
practical approach to problems.” What position would you take and why?
(Reading: Chapter 1) Attached.

supporting citations), along with two scholarly peer-reviewed references
in support of your answer. Keep in mind that these scholarly references
can be found in the Saudi Digital Library by conducting an advanced
search specific to scholarly references.
