What are some of the collateral consequences of a felony conviction in this state? Discuss at least two collateral
consequences. What collateral consequences did you find that were surprising? Explain.
In your opinion, what is the most significant collateral consequence of a criminal conviction? Explain your choice
including how this collateral consequence could impact someone with a relevant conviction. If you do not believe people
convicted of crimes should have civil liberties, challenge yourself in your response to find a right or liberty that you would
not want to be denied if convicted of a crime.
