I need a literature review starts with
1) The Topic Should be based on the gap analysis and the limitation of the attached article
2) a research question that worth
investigating.
3) It then moves to searching, retrieving, assessing, and summarizing the relevant
literature.
4) It ends with analyzing and synthesizing the findings and writing a report.
5) It should be a case study relevant to CRM in the United Arab Emirates.
The literature review assignment should address the following points:
1. State clearly the research question you are interested in and your motivation to investigate
it.
2. Identify the relevant literature and produce a review of key findings and conclusions.
3. Report any controversies or conflicting findings that you encounter in your review.
4. Briefly describe research methods used to investigate this research question.
5. Pinpoint new directions for further research as suggested by the literature.
6. Explain how your research question will have scientific or applied value given the
conclusions from the points above.
The gap I am trying to address is related to MIS and my organisation, So the researcher should do some research and gather info about my company prior deciding on what he should write about.
I uloaded the course materials and guidline to have an idea about what is included in it. “DBA – (0309731) Doctoral MIS Seminar in Business Analytics I – Sep 2022(1) (1)”
The paper must follow APA format (6th edition) and be approximately 2000 words (excluding
the reference list). An adequate number of references in the paper from peer-reviewed journals
should be included to demonstrate mastery of knowledge in the chosen area of interest. More
