Question(s): Briefly summarize Tawney Meiorin’s case. How did the BCGEU (her union) argue her grievance? Do you agree that the test Tawney Meiorin failed (running 2.5km in 11 minutes) was discriminatory? Why or why not? Do you believe that equality should be valued in all jobs or should some jobs be more dominated by men and others by women?
