Conduct research on the state of Idaho’s voting rules and regulations. Describe the basic requirements for eligibility to vote (age, residence, photo identification or other materials required, when one must register to vote, etc., and include any categories of persons banned from voting). Also, describe how the state conducts primaries (open, closed, etc.), and general elections (by mail, touch screen, etc.). Finally, discuss what you see as the potential problems of these requirements/methodologies, together with any ideas for how you think they might be addressed/improved.
