“Expert Insights: A Comprehensive Analysis of Bilateral Reduction Mammoplasty from the Perspective of a Surgical Assistant” “A Comprehensive Guide to Surgical Procedures and Patient Preparation”
This will be very detailed instructions and directions for the type of research paper I will need to be written. The topic will be BILATERIAL REDUCTION MAMMOPLASTY. You are looking at the procedure from a first assistants point of view. (surgical assist is utilized in place of a 2nd surgeon or resident) The goal of this research paper: becoming an expert on the procedure, digging deep to gain surgeon-level knowledge of the steps of the procedure, surgical techniques, surgical patient, anatomy, and maneuver from the surgeons perspective. Paper should be 90% research and the other 10% from personal experience(which I will add when the paper is completed from your end)
Paper should be like you are teaching the subject not learning it.
This is THREE SEPARTE RESEARCH PAPERS. (Surgical patient, surgical anatomy, and surgical procedure are the 3 papers.) They need to be at least 5 pages long, this doesn’t include bibliography. References must be books, journals, website articles that a surgeon or resident would be utilizing. 1: Surgical Patient; demonstrate insight of the background of this procedure. Conditions and pathology a patient might indicate for the need of this procedure. What are the alternatives for this procedure. Display surgeon level comprehension of patient history and physical. Different surgical approaches and incisions utilized for this procedure. Advantages and disadvantages. Paper should follow these guidelines: (make sure you are citing in the body of the paper, and listing the resources used in the bibliography.)
Introduction: history, how often preformed.
Conditions: pathologies that might require this procedure.
Contraindications: what might prevent the patient from getting the procedure. How would they qualify for the procedure again.
History: signs and symptoms that the patient might exhibit leading to the procedure.
Physical: exams, lab tests, diagnostic exams. What normal vs not normal ranges are. Please include how to read EKG’s. Surgical Approaches: various types of approaches. Bibliography: please us books, journals, website articles. 2: Surgical Anatomy; surgeon level knowledge of anatomy & physiology of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, fascia, muscle, and other layers that you will encounter. Knowledge of anatomical structures. Understand the vascularity related to the structure including the origin of the artery, and any collateral blood supply. Describe any nerves that you will encounter during the procedure that might be needed to avoid any injury to structures. Paper should follow these guidelines: (make sure you are citing in the body of the paper, and listing the resources used in the bibliography.)
Introduction: intro of system anatomy associated with the procedure.
Anatomy of the incision: describe incisions, describe the anatomy and physiology of each layer you encounter. (ex: skin, subcutaneous fat, fascia, muscle, etc.)
Surgical Anatomy: include anatomy and physiology of the structure under consideration. (ex: areola, nipple, ligaments, arteries, any other anatomy, etc.) 3: Surgical Procedure; Describe the knowledge of the preparation of the patient into the operating room and what you can do to assist the patient. Describe how you can assist the patient with comfort, positioning, safety, precautions, urinary catheter placement, skin prep, shaving, draping, etc. Understand what equipment will be needed for the procedure(ex: bovie machine, Neptune suction, sequential compression machine, bair hugger.) Surgeon level insight into the steps of the procedure. Describe the techniques. Awareness of the possible hazards of the procedure and how to handle complications. Recognize the role of the assist in making the case run smoothly and helping the surgeon focus on task without distraction. Describe surgeon level knowledge of wound closures, suture material, suturing and tying techniques involved. Knowledge of drains and drain wounds. Paper should follow these guidelines: (make sure you are citing in the body of the paper, and listing the resources used in the bibliography.)
Preoperative: Patient preparation. Special equipment.
Intraoperative: steps in draping, incision, exposure. Steps of the procedure
Postoperative: wound closure, dressing, transport
“Exploring the Effects of Social Media on Mental Health: A Summary of Findings”

“Complete Molar Pregnancy: A Case Study on Ultrasound Findings, Treatment, and Prognosis”
This is an Ultrasound case study about Complete Molar Pregnancy. Attached is a powerpoint, the essay needs to correspond with. Patient DOB: 01/11/2000 Sonographer who preformed exam: Mariah F
History: Nausea , Vomiting, diarrhea, positive pregnancy test
Machine: EPIG 5G
US findings: no normal IUP identified, complex intrauterine mass, HCG quant 111,625.18
Treatment/Prognosis: D&C
“Renal Artery Duplex Scanning: Protocols and Procedures for the Diagnosis of Renovascular Hypertension”
Write a five to six page research paper on the topic of scanning procedures and protocols for renal artery testing. You must also decide on a definition for renovascular hypertension. Along with the definition, please include information concerning which patients are routinely referred for evaluation of renovascular hypertension and how the diagnosis is made. Having a good understanding of renovascular hypertension is important to understanding why we do renal artery duplex scanning.
Since the focus is scanning protocol, it would make sense to include interpretation information in this paper. Renovascular hypertension refers to the renin-angiotensin response that the kidneys provide when there is a blockage in the renal artery. If any student has any questions about this process, please contact the instructor or participate in the discussion for this module.
This paper must be in APA format. Please do not go over the page limit or go under the page limit.

I have always strived to become a doctor since high school but due to my first application year being 2020 Covid it set me back quite some time as I have worked and done research since to try and provide for myself, I have been very involved in the medical field and plan to continue this determination i have into med school. I am not the best writer but what i do know is that i wish to become a doctor and that drive has not dwindled. It has been very hard with how the situation is in Yemen to stay focused while my wife is still in the country, Hopefully now that she is expected to be in the US by the summer i can pour all of my focus into my academics and start this new journey that awaits. I have always learned from my mistakes and always look for insight. I do plan to go overseas once final time to go and bring my wife back and once she is her i can go back to how focused I was academically prior to Covid.
