I’d like this essay to be a summary of how I see mental health medication as not something that should be looked down upon but as a helpful resource for humans. The main idea id like to portray is how I was able to overcome my depression, anxiety, and dissociation episodes with the help of Prozac, and Klonopin. I’d like the writer to insert how I was home instructed by the NYC DOE due to my mental state causing me to not be able to attend in person school for junior year. Although I was homeschooled and severly depressed, I managed to keep my grades high with a mix of A’s and very few B’s. As my average is an 89. 3.6GPA. Please do not make it sound like I want pity. At the end introduce the fact that I was able to withdraw from the medication and begin my path on mental stability as now I attend in person school for senior year and look foward to a very fruitful lifestyle in the near future.
Background information – My school. (Academy of Finance and Enterprise) called my mother on a morning in the middle of December to inform her about my crippling anxiety and dissociation causing me to be taken home and into consideration for home instruction, a program for children with disabilities while giving them a chance to achieve education at the same time.
My psychiatrist helping me pick out the right mix of medication to help me overcome my mental state at the time.
Family morals, make sure to include how my mother and father were a big support group in helping me get better.
Persistence, love, family, friends, resilience.

Discuss the DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria for PTSD and relate these criteria to the symptomology presented in the case study. Does the video case presentation provide sufficient information to derive a PTSD diagnosis? Justify your reasoning. Do you agree with the other diagnoses in the case presentation? Why or why not?
Discuss one other psychotherapy treatment option for the client in this case study.
Explain whether your treatment option is considered a “gold standard treatment” from a clinical practice guideline perspective, and why using gold standard, evidence-based treatments from clinical practice guidelines is important for psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioners.

This paper is for the 2023 National History Day theme narrative of “frontiers in history” My teacher basically said pick something that changed the world permanently and that still has an effect today. I chose chlorpromazine as it is the first ever anti-psychotic and revolutionized care for the mental health. I have a basic introduction page and a first page basically giving info about but I will also include sources so you can get all the information you need on the topic. The main thing my teacher speaks about is how it improved the world today and why does it matter. Aswell he really hones in about fluency
