As the HR director, you are faced with an immediate issue when you witness a manager berating a team leader. As you head towards the manager and employee, you overhear other employees expressing joy about the incident as the team leader is considered a bully. One employee states, “the bully is being bullied.” You then realize these types of behaviors appear to be part of the organizational culture.
