Apply one theory from each chapter. You may choose any theories that seem relevant or meaningful to your assigned patient. Part 1: Patient Analysis – You will complete a patient analysis using a selected theory from your textbook. Due Thursday by 11:59pm
Part 2: Patient Analysis Comparison – You will compare and analyze a different theory to 2 separate peer patient analyses.

Your patient scenario will change with each assignment. You will find your Theory Exploration patient assignment in the link below. All Patient scenarios are linked above in the “Patient & Practice Issue Scenarios.” Match up your assigned number to the scenario number to complete your assignment.

Analyze your patient assignment and select applicable and relevant theories from your assigned readings to either guide, describe, predict, or explain your patient care. You may choose any relevant or meaningful theories to your assigned patient. This assignment is about exploring theories and their application in your clinical practice.
Choose one theory from each of the week’s assigned chapters. Identify and explain the theory or framework. (approx. 1 paragraph to identify and explain the theory). Describe your practice problem from the health and illness, needs, and physiological perspective.
Apply the theory to your patient to either guide, describe, predict, or explain your patient’s care. (approx. 1 paragraph to explain the application to your patient for each theory)
Requirements
Be sure to use at least two references in APA format for references and citations (your text and any other additional references used).
Part 2: Patient Analysis Comparison
Name another theory from this week’s readings to compare and analyze against two peer theory concepts discussed in Part 1.
Do not re-use theories that you have used in other theory explorations.
Describe the selected comparison theory in your own words. (One paragraph minimum)
Compare and contrast the two ideas, and then apply the new theory to the patient analysis. (One paragraph minimum)
Use APA format and at least two references and citation for each peer response.
