2. The year is 1855. While plowing your corn crop, you dug up a crystal ball. You have looked into the crystal ball and have seen the coming devastation in loss of life, property and the financial costs of the Civil War. You will win the Presidential election next year in 1856. That will give you four years to create and implement a plan to prevent the Civil War from happening and one that appeases the parties involved. Keep in mind that you are the President and not a dictator. You have limited powers.
